Which payment methods are offered?

Artistcity online checkout accepts credit and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard.

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide Shipping is available by courier. Shipping fees will vary according to the receiver’s location, the size of the package and the weight of the shipment. Shipping fees will be listed above the checkout buttons on the right side of the artwork page. The shipping fee will be automatically added to your order or offer during checkout.

Is a signature needed on delivery?

It depends. Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.

Can I return a work?

For final sale purchases, we recommend asking about the artwork’s condition and getting high-resolution images of the work in different lighting to get the best sense of color, texture, and feel. Works purchased via inquiry are not eligible for returns through Artistcity.
However, if the artwork received is damaged or does not fit the description on the website, refund must be requested within 48 hours.

How do I make a refund

You will contact Artistcity at orders@artistcity.net with the refund demand including your complaint and pictures supporting it. After conforming the refund request, we will be sending you an email with all the details about the refund process. The refund will include the artwork price and the shipping fees, it might take up to 60 days as per bank policy. Please do not resend the artwork before contacting Artistcity, as refund is done manually.

What should I do if I don’t hear back about my order or offer?

In the rare case that we are unable to respond to your order or offer within 14 working days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. Contact an Artistcity specialist to find a similar work by emailing orders@artistcity.net.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from orders@artistcity.net whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow along with your shipment.

Is the Artwork at Artistcity authentic?

Do I need to create an account on Artistcity website?

You will need to register for an Artistcity account in order to use some of our Services. You agree to provide only true and accurate information in connection with your account, and to update all such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.

How to buy a product from Artistcity?

First you need to create an account on the website. The information filled out must be accurate for the shipping procedure. Then when you have selected the pieces, you proceed to checkout, where the shipping fees and the estimated time of arrival will appear automatically. Once you confirm you order, you proceed to online payment. After the order is confirmed, you will receive an email including the details of your order and the tracking number for the shipment.
