“Abyss” is a 38*31*8 cm bronze sculpture.
Bronze represents human nature, and in this sculpture done by the Syrian artist Ronak Ahmed, she embodies the elements of life and death. Life, being the Chrysalises and death the fish, thus meaning that the death of the Chrysalises will give life to the aquatic animal, just like in life, when sometimes the death of an element represents the life of another.
