The Syrian painter is telling us through his piece of Art that when a man and a woman get married, they are doing God’s will of starting a family and maintain the human race, that being a huge heavenly responsibility. Furthermore, the bare feet of the couple portrays loyalty of the couple during good times and hard ones, until death do them part.
